CUSTOMER:

Expansion Valve Division of a Major Manufacturer

PROBLEM:

Customer required a transporting device capable of presenting

the product through an existing oven at a rate of 12" per minute.

SOLUTION:

Provide a 180-stop rotary indexing system. The base indexes

every five (5) seconds and utilizes an eight (8) foot diameter aluminum dial plate.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

	The transporting device had to be able to hold 150 to 180 pieces at a time.
	Design of the indexer must allow the automatic loading of the parts.
	The carriage of the machine could not be influenced by the heat of the oven.

EQUIPMENT FURNISHED:

	Eight (8) feet diameter rotary index system complete with adjustable speed controls.
	180 parts fixtures with capability of withstanding high temperatures.
