Tray Unloader

CUSTOMER:

Manufacturer of Safety Equipment Special Batteries.

PROBLEM:

Unload trays filled with 2000 cathodes each, inspect each cathode to guarantee the wire is attached and transfer only good ones to a case one at a time.

SOLUTION:

Provide a fully automatic unloader with inspection system and case loader.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

	Absolutely no damage can be sustained to the cathode or wire.
	Cases to receive good cathodes were previously loaded.
	Wire detection and rejection a must for cathode functionality.
